About Our Company
E.T. Thomas Construction was founded in 1986, by the President, Eileen Thomas. The past thirty one years of business has consisted of work primarily in the greater Palm Beach area. E.T. Thomas Construction has been a contractor in Admiral’s Cove since the Frankel’s commenced the development. We also have completed a number of remodels and additions in Frenchman’s Creek.
E.T. Thomas Construction ranges from remodel jobs, big additions, to complete new homes. No job is too big, or too small!
The company consists of the President/Contractor, Eileen Thomas, and Contractor/Project Manager, Leslie Thomas Beals. Eileen is a licensed contractor and started the company. Leslie has been with us for over 15 years, is the daughter of Eileen, and is a licensed contractor herself. She enjoys helping clients with the design aspects. In 2007, E.T. Thomas Construction was featured in Builder/Architect Magazine. This was a high honor for our company.
During construction you can expect frequent contact with Eileen and Leslie; Eileen is always available by phone for any of your needs, even on the weekends. Supervision is one of the great qualities of E.T. Thomas Construction. We will be on the job site not only every day, but numerous times a day. Our team of subcontractors are highly trained and very professional. We have a great relationship with each of them, and have been working as a team for many years. Cleaning will be done often, as well as a final clean upon the certificate of completion. We have an excellent reputation in the Admiral’s Cove and Frenchman’s Creek Communities and will do all it takes to keep it that way. Eileen has close relationships with all of our clients, and is frequently called back for additional work. We take pride in our construction, and always make sure it is done to the best of our ability.

Eileen Thomas Weaver:
Eileen is a licensed residential contractor. She started with the Frankel's at Baco Lago, and continued to Hunter's Run and then Admiral's Cove. Eileen started as a color coordinator, then moved on to become the trim supplier and installer. She then got her contractors license and started doing remodeling and additions. That blossomed into building entire new homes.
Leslie Thomas Beals:
Leslie is a licensed building contractor, and the daughter of Eileen. She started working with her mom when she was in high school. Leslie went on to graduate from FAU Magna Cum Laude, with a double major in Finance and Hospitality Management. After working in the Finance and Hospitality fields, she realized her love and interest in the construction business was the way to go.
